Description

Because PEG has no uv absorption, it is important to select a universal detector with high sensitivity and high repeatability for quality control of free PEG in polypeptide drugs. CAD has been successfully detected in a variety of different molecular weight PEG. In this paper, 20000 molecular weight PEG detection was tried for the first time, and the performance of ELSD detection was preliminarily compared.
